Schools MIS Core is our hub of dashboards and tools to make effective use of the data in your MIS as well as to manage what information each user can see. As a principle, all of the data in the system is available in one place and done so in an intuitive and user-friendly way. Dashboard reports and data summaries provide off-the-shelf data intelligence for all users and input tools enable parents to control their data. Features include:

• Data dashboard of all of the core information from your MIS as well as all of the data from the rest of Schools MIS. This includes:

  • Pupils and family information

  • Timetables and classes

  • Attendance data and summary statistics

  • Rewards and sanctions data and summary statistics

  • Personalised calendars (Schools MIS Calendars)

  • Letters and messages, including engagement statistics and responses, sent to pupils and parents

• Data Changer Request mechanism and managed workflow for parents to request changes to their or their children’s data

• Data quality reports including

  • Missing or invalid email addresses of contacts

  • Missing or invalid mobile numbers of contacts

  • Pupils without a valid contact
